Molecular Biology Technician
 
There is an immediate opening for a technician in the Lab of Receptor Biology and Gene Expression, National Cancer Institute to study mechanisms of transcription.  We are looking for someone with experience in the area of molecular biology.  The work will involve plasmid construction, ChIP, RT-PCR and quantitative PCR, plus microscopy methods such as live-cell imaging and quantifying protein interactions by FRET and exchange rates by FRAP.
