We are currently in "open season" to join the Nurse Practitioner Scientific Interest Group. To share your name and contact information with other members, e-mail the NIH SIG Administrator with the relevant information for each column. We can now post your CV or photo as an attachment, indicated by the paperclip icon, so include that in your e-mail. To view such attachments, you must click on the first name of the person you are interested in.

(Note, NIH SIGs moderator Chris Wanjek temporarily has joined this group to provide samples of how to complete this form. For NIHers, also note that your NIH "@mail.nih.gov" is best to use in case you switch ICs.)
