Is doctoral education something you have been pondering about? If yes, then you should plan to attend the upcoming interactive panel meeting on November 19,2009 from 3-4:30 PM in the Masur Auditorium. The panel is composed of doctoral nurses with different concentrations and varied backgrounds. The panel members will touch upon common topics of interest such as: pursue a PhD or a DNP; what is the benefit of obtaining a doctoral degree; how to juggle life, school and work; financial resources and incentives to cover the costs such as grants and scholarships; how will a doctoral degree affect my career; which school has the program best suited for me; and more. Come hear about their unique trajectories, their insights into doctoral education choices, their challenges, and their tips for mastery and success.
The panelists will answer your questions. However, due to limited time, we would like to solicit questions ahead of time and distribute to appropriate panel members for a response. This way we will be able to answer more of our questions in the same time frame. Please forward your questions to FORURAGL@mail.nih.gov by Close of business on November 12th, for distribution.
